Agreement

By creating an account or using ShipTale, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ShipTale for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for assigning access to people who are authorized to use it.

Connected services

You may connect Vercel, Sentry, and, on eligible plans, Stripe only with credentials and data you are authorized to use. ShipTale uses those credentials to retrieve the information needed for the service. You remain responsible for complying with the terms, permissions, and data requirements of each connected provider.

ShipTale organizes provider events into timelines and release context. It does not guarantee that a deployment caused an issue or customer event; relationship labels express the confidence available from the data.

Plans and billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Polar. You agree to the price and billing interval presented at checkout. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Polar customer portal. Access to paid features follows the status of the subscription reported by Polar.

Acceptable use

Do not use ShipTale to:

• Access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
• Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, or probe it in a way that harms availability.
• Use the service in violation of law or the terms of another provider.

Service changes and availability

ShipTale may change, maintain, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep it useful and secure, but it is provided on an as-available basis. Provider data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and should not be the sole basis for a production, financial, or security decision.

Limit of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShipTale is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending use

You may stop using ShipTale at any time. We may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service, address misuse, or comply with applicable obligations. The Privacy Policy explains how to request account-data assistance from support.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as ShipTale changes. The effective date at the top identifies when this version took effect. For questions, contact [email protected].
