Cookie Notice

ShipTale uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences. Google Analytics cookies are optional and require your consent.

Overview

Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. This notice explains the limited cookies used by ShipTale and how the public website is measured.

Essential authentication and security

Supabase Auth uses authentication and security cookies in the dashboard to sign you in, maintain your session, and protect account access. These cookies are necessary for the authenticated service to work and are not used for advertising.

Dashboard preference

The dashboard stores a sidebar_state cookie for up to seven days to remember whether you left the sidebar open or closed. This is a functional interface preference, not an authentication or advertising identifier.

Analytics and advertising

ShipTale uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookieless website measurements. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set analytics cookies. If you select “Accept analytics” in Cookie settings, ShipTale loads Google Analytics, which may set analytics cookies to measure website and dashboard use. ShipTale saves this choice in the first-party shiptale_analytics_consent cookie for up to one year. Selecting “Reject analytics” or withdrawing consent stops future Google Analytics loading and removes its cookies. ShipTale does not use advertising cookies or targeted advertising.

Your controls

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential Supabase cookies prevents dashboard sign-in and session features from working. Deleting sidebar_state simply resets the sidebar preference. You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer or dashboard account menu.
